How your order reaches you — whether it starts in Dar es Salaam or in Shenzhen.
Two routes, one order page
A product already in Tanzania ships from the seller straight to you, usually within one to three days. A product ordered from abroad is bought by us, flown or shipped in, cleared, and then delivered locally. Both are tracked on the same order page.
What the journey looks like
A local order moves through confirmed, shipped, out for delivery and delivered. An imported order adds the stops in between: dispatched by the supplier, in transit, arrived in Tanzania, clearing customs, at our warehouse, then out for delivery. Each step appears on your order as it actually happens.
How long it takes
Local stock in Dar es Salaam usually arrives within one to three working days. Imported orders depend on the route: air freight typically takes seven to fourteen days, sea freight thirty to forty-five. Every listing shows its own window, and your order records the window you were promised.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Dar es Salaam and to other regions of Tanzania where a courier route exists. You choose your delivery point on a map when you save an address, so the rider knows exactly where to go.
Delivery charge
The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order, so there is never a surprise on arrival. Collecting from a 2KONECT point is free.
Choosing delivery or collection
When an imported order reaches Tanzania you decide how it gets to you. Arrange a 2KONECT Rides delivery to your address, or reserve it for collection at one of our points, from the order page.
When the rider arrives
Keep the phone number on your order reachable — the rider calls when close. With cash on delivery, pay the rider the amount shown on your order.
